Standard:  $75 setup fee and $29 per month.  I will give 30 days notice if I wish to quit.  

SPECIAL OFFER:  Prepay 5 months and we waive the additional setup fee.  After the first 4 months or anytime thereafter, I will give 30 days notice if I wish to quit.

I understand that Go Texan members receive a 10% discount that will be reflected on the separate invoice/receipt from Truly Texan.  This discount does not apply to the Special Offer, but it will be applied starting with your 6th month of advertising.   (Enter 10% if you are a GoTexan member)

Payment and Legal Info:

Credit Cards accepted: Visa, MC, American Express.   All payment is due in advance.  You will receive an invoice 2 days before your card is charged.   The charge will appear on your statement as Truly Texan.  Membership begins (your card is charged) when your store is available on our site.  You will be invoiced by email about 2 days before we charge your card for the next period. 

We reserve the right to deny membership to anyone if we feel their product or service is not suitable for Truly Texan.  In that case, your credit card would not be charged.   We also reserve the right to cancel a membership if a company does not live up to the ethical standards we expect from Texas businesses.  In that event, we would refund any unused portion of the monthly advertising fee.

We believe politics and religion are private matters, so we prefer that Truly Texan members not indicate a political or religious preference on their websites unless they are selling products with a religious or political theme.   This is not a requirement but does influence whether we accept your store.

FINE PRINT: There is no grace period for payment.   If payment is not received within 4 business days of invoicing, there is a $20 late fee; more than 20 days late, a site is removed from Truly Texan and there is a $100 charge to reinstate it, plus any outstanding amounts.  As nice and friendly as we try to be, and no matter how nice you are and how much we might like you, this is still a business.   THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES.   I promise not to judge you if your credit card is declined or your check bounces.  But you promise to pay me extra for the inconvenience of multiple billing attempts and receiving payment late.
